摘　　要：本文探讨了"三创"人才培养中,工科专业教师在课程教学等环节中应如何训练学生的创新思维和创新方法、培养学生的学习兴趣、形成勤于思考的习惯并建立良好的职业精神。文章中还提出和分析了一些可采用的具体做法供大家参考。Discussed in this paper are several ways in lecturing and engineering activities to train students＇ capabilities of creatively thinking and innovatively practicing so as to prepare them for ＂creativity,innovation,and entrepreneurship＂.Also included are approaches to stimulate students＇ interests in studying,active thinking,and professionalism.Some specific methods are given and discussed too.
