摘  要:近年来,酒店管理行业人才的缺失对于整个行业的发展造成了很大的阻碍,高职院校酒店管理专业是向社会输送人才的重要来源,为了解决酒店管理行业所遇到的发展瓶颈,需要高职院校培养出更多合格的人才。本文基于职业胜任力模型对高职院校酒店管理专业国际化人才的培养路径进行认真分析研究,对于酒店管理专业国际化人才的培养有着指导性的意义。In recent years,the lack of talents in the hotel management industry has caused a great hindrance to thedevelopment of the whole industry.The hotel management major in higher vocational colleges is an important source oftalents to the society.In order to solve the bottleneck of hotel management industry,it is necessary for higher vocationalcolleges to cultivate more qualified personnel.Based on the professional competency model,this paper makes a carefulanalysis of the training path of international talents of hotel management major in vocational colleges,which is of guidingsignificance for the training of international talents of hotel management major.
