摘　　要：阅读推广需要图书馆人充分认识到自身阅读的重要性,在立足于自身建设的同时,发挥榜样示范与引领作用;以此为基础,结合科学的阅读方式、方法,协助图书馆完成长效阅读机制和培育体系的构建。The librarians should fully realize the importance of their own reading in reading promotion,and play an exemplary and leading role while working on their self-improvement,on which basis,combining with the scientific reading ways and means,the librarians should assist the library to complete the construction of long-term reading mechanism and cultivation system.
