摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500热模拟机测定了C-Si-Mn-Nb、C-Si-Mn-Nb-V、C-Si-Mn-Nb-V-N这3种成分热轧TRIP钢在变形后以不同速率冷却时的热膨胀数据,结合不同冷速下的显微组织,绘制3种成分热轧TRIP钢动态CCT曲线。结果表明:C-Si-Mn-Nb与C-Si-MnNb-V试验钢在冷速大于30℃/s后,几乎没有铁素体生成,基体组织主要是贝氏体和马氏体;而C-Si-Mn-Nb-V-N试验钢当冷速达到60℃/s仍然可见细小的铁素体,并且多分布在奥氏体的三叉界和晶界处。与C-Si-Mn-Nb和C-Si-Mn-Nb-V试验钢的动态CCT曲线相比,随着冷速的增大,C-Si-Mn-Nb-V-N试验钢铁素体相区左移,贝氏体相区变小。The thermal expansion data of three kinds of hot-rolled TRIP steel of C-Si-Mn-Nb,C-Si-Mn-Nb-V and C-Si-Mn-Nb-V-N with different cooling rates after deformation were measured by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator,and the dynamic CCT curves of the three kinds of hot-rolled TRIP steel were drawn by combining the microstructure at different cooling rates. The results show that there is almost no ferrite formation in the C-Si-Mn-Nb and C-Si-Mn-Nb-V tested steel when the cooling rate is greater than 30 ℃/s,and the matrix structure is mainly bainite and martensite. While there are fine ferrite grains observed in C-Si-Mn-Nb-V-N steel when the cooling rate reaches 60 ℃/s,which distribute at the triple junction or grain boundaries of austenite. Compared with the dynamic CCT curves of C-Si-Mn-Nb and C-Si-Mn-Nb-V tested steel,with the increase of the cooling rate,the phase region of the ferrite phase in the C-Si-Mn-Nb-V-N shifts left and the bainite phase area becomes smaller.
