鸦胆子油乳注射液联合卡培他滨治疗晚期结肠癌的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合卡培他滨治疗晚期结肠癌的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2017年10月我院收治的180例晚期结肠癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各90例。观察组采用鸦胆子油乳注射液联合卡培他滨治疗,对照组采用卡培他滨治疗。比较两组患者的PLT、 WBC、 miR-21水平及治疗效果、不良反应情况。结果观察组的WBC、 PLT、 miR-21水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的总有效率为98.89%,显著高于对照组的92.22%(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为2.22%,显著低于对照组的10.00%(P <0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液联合卡培他滨治疗晚期结肠癌患者,能够改善WBC、 PLT、 miR-21水平,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To explore the effect of cavenzi oil emulsion injection combined with capecitabine in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 180 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 90 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with cavenzi oil emulsion injection combined with capecitabine, while the control group was treated with capecitabine.The PLT, WBC and mi R-21 levels, treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The WBC, PLT and mi R-21 levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.89%, significantly higher than 92.22% of the control group（P 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 2.22%, significantly lower than 10.00% of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Cavenzi oil emulsion injection combined with capecitabine in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer can improve the WBC, PLT and mi R-21 levels, improve the treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
