PSCA、P504S在前列腺癌患者中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨在前列腺癌组织和血清中PSCA、 P504S的表达及临床意义。方法选取我院2014年4月至2016年4月收治的76例前列腺癌患者作为观察组,另选取同期前列腺增生患者76例作为对照组。通过免疫组化和ELISA法观察PSCA、P504S的表达情况。结果观察组的PSCA阳性率、 P504S阳性率、联合检测阳性率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的血清PSCA、 P504S水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。Gleason评分与PSCA表达水平正相关(r=0.783, P <0.05)。结论前列腺癌患者和前列腺增生患者的组织和血清中的PSCA、 P504S表达有明显差异,在前列腺癌的诊断中具有很高的临床价值。Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of PSCA and P504 S in prostate cancer tissue and serum.Methods 76 cases of patients with prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group, and another 76 cases of patients with prostate hyperplasia at the same period were selected as the control group. The expression of PSCA and P504 S were observed by immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Results The positive rates of PSCA, P504 S and combined detection of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）. The serum PSCA and P504 S levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）. Gleason score was positively correlated with PSCA expression level（r = 0.783, P 0.05）. Conclusions The expression of PSCA and P504 S are very different in tissue and serum of patients with prostate cancer or prostate hyperplasia, which have high clinical value in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
