血栓通粉针联合桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性后循环缺血综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察血栓通粉针联合桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性后循环缺血综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月我院收治的81例急性后循环缺血综合征患者,随机分为研究组(40例)和对照组(41例)。研究组给予血栓通粉针联合桂哌齐特注射液治疗,对照组给予桂哌齐特单药治疗。对比两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后,研究组的血液流变学指标显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组LVA、 RVA、 BA的PI及Vm均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为87.50%,显著高于对照组的68.29%(P <0.05)。结论血栓通粉针联合桂哌齐特注射液治疗急性后循环缺血综合征,起效快,能够明显改善血流动力学水平,临床疗效较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xueshuantongfen injection combined with cinepazide injection in the treatment of acute posterior circulation ischemia syndrome. Methods 81 cases of patients with acute posterior circulation ischemia syndrome admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into study group（40 cases） and control group（41 cases）. The study group was treated with Xueshuantongfen injection combined with cinepazide injection, while the control group was given cinepazide monotherapy. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The indicators of blood rheology of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group（P 0.05）. The PI and Vm of LVA, RVA and BA of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group（P 0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was 87.50%,significantly higher than 68.29% of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusions Xueshuantongfen injection combined with cinepazide injection in the treatment of acute posterior circulation ischemia syndrome has rapid effect, can significantly improve the hemodynamic level, with higher clinical curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
