摘　　要：通过对全国二、三级医院检验科抽样调查,分析免疫检验技术在临床实际工作中的应用情况。结果显示,肿瘤标志物、自身免疫病、过敏原检测项目和ELISA、化学发光、胶体金免疫技术临床各级医院普遍采用,而单克隆抗体制备、传统沉淀反应、荧光酶免疫测定等技术临床应用相对较少。因此,免疫检验技术课程标准和教学内容应相应调整。Through the sample survey of the national second- and third-level hospitals, the application of immunoassay technology in clini- cal practice is analyzed. The results showed that tumor markers, autoimmtme diseases, allergen testing items and ELISA, chemiluminescence, colloidal gold immunology technology are commonly used in hospitals at all levels, and clinical applications such as monoclonal antibody prepa- ration, traditional precipitation reaction, and luciferase immunoassay Relatively small. Therefore, the ＂immunoassay technology＂ curriculum stan- dards and teaching content should be adjusted accordingly.
