摘 要:通过对全国52家二、三级医院检验科257个生化检验项目的抽样调查,分析生物化学检验项目在临床的实际开展情况。结果表明血清总蛋白、清蛋白、血糖等19项检验项目开展率为100%,而有关激素、药物浓度监测、维生素等检验项目临床开展较少。另外,仍有61. 5%的医院有半自动和手工检测的项目,在实践教学中仍要重视手工操作训练。调查提示应适当调整高职生物化学检验的课程标准和教学内容。Through the sample survey of 257 biochemical test items in 52 second- and third-level hospitals in China, the actual chnical de- velopment of biochemical test items was analyzed. The results showed that the development rate of 19 test items such as serum total protein,al- bumin and blood glucose was 100% ,while the clinical tests on hormones, drug concentration monitoring and vitamins were less. In addition, 61.5 % of hospitals have semi-automatic and manual testing programs, and manual training is still important in practical teaching. The investiga- tion suggested that the curriculum standards and teaching contents of the "Biochemical Testing" of higher vocational education should be prop- erly adjusted.
