摘 要:为加强以全科专业为核心的全科住院医师规范化培训,邵逸夫医院全科医学科以全科医生基层岗位胜任力为目标,探索建立了"H-C即综合性医院与社区实践基地一体化"教学管理模式。通过建立"一体化"教学管理制度、制定"三年融贯、逐年递进"的培训计划、设置"交叉互补、科学全面"的课程体系、打造"紧密结合、共同提升"的全科师资队伍、建立"实时有效、持续优化"的质量改进制度,发挥全科基地的作用,保证高质量的全科人才培养。In order to strengthen the standardized training of general practitioners with the whole subject as the core, the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital General Medical Department aims to establish the "HC integrated hospital and community practice base" with the goal of the general manager' s grassroots post competency.
