用人单位视角下的临床医学研究生培养质量调查

摘　　要：通过对用人单位的问卷调查,了解临床医学研究生综合素质、能力等情况。结果显示,用人单位对近3年录用招聘的临床医学研究生总体比较满意,但对其敬业精神评价较低,岗位适应时间较长,实践技能需要进一步加强。对此,提出相应建议:加强医学人文教育,培养敬业精神;加强主动学习和适应能力,提高岗位适应能力;夯实实践技能,提高操作能力。Through a questionnaire survey of employers, the overall quality and ability of postgraduates in clinical medicine are understood. The results showed that employers were generally satisfied with the clinical medical graduate students recruited in the past three years,but their evaluation of professionalism was low, and the post adaptation period was longer. Practical skills needed to be further strengthened. In this re- gard, the corresponding recommendations： to strengthen medical and humanistic education,foster professionalism; strengthen active learning and adaptability ,improve post-adaptability;strengthen practical skills and improve research literacy.
