摘  要:基于多重制度逻辑的分析范式,从中央高校和地方高校对比的角度,着重探究地方高校在"双一流"战略背景下面临的发展困境。研究发现,在政治逻辑、市场逻辑和学术逻辑的相互交织、彼此影响下,与中央高校相比,地方高校推进一流大学和一流学科建设中面临着更多的问题与挑战。在推进"双一流"建设的过程中,地方高校应该抓住发展机遇,积极作为,准确把握合理定位发展目标、精准打造特色学科、人才培养突出应用以及服务地方发展需求的办学思路。进一步,面对机遇与挑战,地方高校应着重通过以学科特色带动发展、以服务地方引领发展、以优质师资助力发展、以开放办学优化发展,切实提高其办学水平和人才培养质量。Based on the analysis paradigm of multiple institutional logics,this research explores the development dilemma faced by local universities under the strategy of"double-first-class".The research finds that,under the interweaving and influence of political logic,market logic and academic logic,the local universities are facing more problems and challenges in the construction of first-class universities and first class disciplines compared with the central universities.The local universities should seize the opportunity,accurately grasping the running ideas of rational positioning of development goals,creating the distinctive disciplines,emphasizing the training of applied talents and servicing local development needs.At the same time,in the face of opportunities and challenges,local universities should be through the discipline characteristics,service places,high-quality teachers,open school and other measures to effectively improve their school level and personnel training quality.
