我国高等教育结构与产业结构的互动与共变研究——基于系统耦合关系的视角

摘　　要：高等教育结构和产业结构是隶属于社会大系统中的两个子系统,两者相互独立又彼此影响。本文基于系统耦合关系视角,运用耦合协调模型测算2005-2016年我国高等教育结构与产业结构的变动关系。研究发现:我国高等教育结构与产业结构形成互动与共变,两者的耦合度处于磨合阶段向提升阶段的临界点,处于磨合瓶颈期;协调度跨越低度协调,处于中度协调阶段,两者整体的耦合协调度在缓慢增进。研究认为:需加强深化产教融合、构建可持续的教育结构调整机制、加强高等教育供给侧结构性改革,优化高等教育结构与产业结构的协调对接。Higher education structure and industrial structure are two subsystems belonging to the large social system,which are independent and influence each other.Based on the perspective of system coupling relationship,this paper uses the coupling coordination model to calculate the changing relationship of both in China from 2005 to 2016.It is found that the relationship is interaction and co-variation.And both are at the critical point from the stage of running-in to the stage of hoisting,and the coupling degree is at the bottleneck stage of running-in.The coordination degree crosses the low coordination degree,which is in the moderate coordination stage.Research suggestion：deepening the integration of industry and education,constructing the sustainable education structure adjustment mechanism,improving the structural reform of higher education supply side,which optimizes the structure of industry of higher education structure and the coordination of docking.
