摘  要:以多羟基化合物为核、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯为臂,采用一步法开环反应直接合成了3种不同臂数的星形多元醇低聚物。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱与飞行时间质谱对星形多元醇的结构进行了表征。在施工黏度300 mPa·s下,星形多元醇的固含量最高可达88%,达到了超高固体份树脂的要求。流变测试表明星形多元醇没有出现剪切变稀现象。相对于线型聚合物,星形聚合物具有较低的流动活化能,其黏度对温度变化不敏感。将星形多元醇与异氰酸酯固化剂复配制得清漆,漆膜具有良好的综合性能。Three kinds of star polyol oligomers with different number of arms were prepared based on the ring-opening reaction of polyol and glycidyl ester of verstic acid. The structure of star polyol was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and Ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF-MS). The maximum solid content of polyol solution is as high as 88% at a processing viscosity of 300 mPa's, meeting the requirement for ultra-high solid resin. Star polyol does not exhibit shear thinning phenomenon in rheology testing. Star polyol has lower flow activation energy compared with linear polymer and its viscosity is not sensible to temperature. The coating film from varnish composed of star polyol and isocyanate curing agent has good comprehensive properties.
