摘  要:目的总结磷化氢中毒毒性作用机制、法医学及食品安全领域微量磷化氢检测方法研究进展,并着重分析相关法医毒理学问题及未来展望。方法通过用"磷化氢"、"磷化铝"、"中毒"等关键字或主题,对PubMed、SpringerLink、CNKI、万方和VIP数据库进行文献检索,筛选国内外近三年文献。结果阅读有关文献几十篇,按照研究目的进行资料的汇总并撰写综述。结论不同领域磷化氢中毒毒性作用机制、检测方法的研究结果为法医磷化氢中毒死亡原因鉴定提供了新的参考研究。The inorganic phosphating substance reacts with water or acid to produce highly toxic phosphine gas, which is absorbed by the human body to form a variety of toxic clinical symptoms and pathological changes; in addition, the metabolic decomposition, escape, trace and other problems of phosphine in biological samples affect the detection results, and it is unrare to cause death in patients with the unknown causes and thus medical disputes arise. Therefore, it is essential to find out the exact cause of death through forensic. This paper reviews nearly three years at home and abroad on the phosphine poisoning mechanism, forensic medicine and food safety research field, and trace phosphine detection method, and points out the existing problems and future prospects, for clinical diagnosis and treatment of phosphine poisoning to determine the specific methods and forensic phosphine poisoning death reason appraisal to provide the reference.
