摘  要:为缩短平菇菌株的育种年限,加快优良菌株的获得,以平菇的5个栽培菌株P129、黑380、茶39、华平49和B5-19分析与G30(高温30)菌株杂交后获得的71个子实体为材料,通过对71个子实体的菌丝生长速度及产量等农艺性状进行分析,并进行方差分析和灰色关联分析。结果表明:菌株HP28产量最高,每袋单产为1 007.5g,P16与HP41关联度最大,其综合性状最好,因此,筛选出综合性状较优良的平菇菌株P16、HP41。In order to shorten the breeding time of mushroom strains,and accelerate the acquisition of excellent strains,taking 71 fruiting obtained from five mushroom cultivation P129,H380,Cha39,HP49 and B5-19 hybridization with high temperature 30(G30)as cultivated strains materials.The mycelia growth rate,color,cap diameter,thick cover,fold thick,heavy cover,handle length,shank diameter,yield and other agronomic shape were analyzed,variance analysis and gray relational analysis bred were also conducted.The results showed that the yield of HP28 was the highest,and the yield per bag was1 007.5 g.P16 was the most related to HP41,and its comprehensive characteristic was the best.Therefore,P16 and HP41 were screened with better comprehensive traits.
