蒸发制盐生产中影响盐粒度的分析

摘　　要：粒盐的大小及外形在生产主要与蒸发罐结构、循环流速、结晶停留时间、料液的固液比、蒸发温度、盐脚淘洗、离心机的转速、干燥床的进料方式等因素有关。文章分别分析了上述因素对生产中粒盐的影响。The size and shape of the grain salt is related to the structure of the evaporation tank,the circulation velocity,the retention time of crystallization,the ratio of solid to liquid in feed solution,the evaporation temperature,the washing of the salt feet,the speed of the centrifuge and the feeding way of the dry bed. The article analyzes the influence of above factors on grain salt in production respectively.
