摘　　要：在中医古籍中命名尤其繁杂,为了更好地探讨淋巴结核的中西医结合治疗,有必要从瘰疬与淋巴结核的命名之源开始探讨。通过对古籍文献整理,结合中国医学史、西洋医学史等书籍对瘰疬与淋巴结核进行对照发现我国治疗瘰疬史要早于《灵枢·寒热篇》记载。从《山海经》及长沙马王堆出土的帛书《足背十一脉灸经》《五十二病方》入手对瘰疬病名进行研究证明我国治疗淋巴结核历史早于西方1000多年。Naming is especially complex in ancient Chinese medicine. In order to better explore lymph tuberculosis via the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment,it is necessary to explore the source from the origin name of the scrofula and lymph tuberculosis. Through collating ancient literature books,combining China medical history and western medicine history and contrasting the lymphatic tuberculosis with scrofula（ Luoli）. The author found the history of Chinese scrofula treatment was earlier than the record of Cold and Heat Disease,Spiritual Pivot. Starting with the Book of Mountains and Seas,Feet and Back in 11 Pulse by Moxibustion,Prescriptions of Fifty-two Diseases unearthed from Changsha Mawangdui,the discovery from the research of scrofula disease proved that China＇s treatment of lymphatic tuberculosis as early as 1000 years of western history.
