摘　　要：基于对北京林业大学及周边几所高校食堂家具的实地调研,通过拍照及摄像,研究了大学生的就餐行为模式及特点,再结合实地访谈及网络问卷调查,分析了当前大学生对食堂家具的功能需求,发现现阶段北京高校食堂家具仍存在一定问题,如桌椅形式较单一、座椅体感较差、无法满足存储需要、桌椅尺寸和布局仍存在一定的不合理性。经过研究,笔者给出了几点建议并预测了食堂家具的发展趋势,以期对高校食堂家具的设计提供一些思路。This article is based on the field survey of canteen furniture in Beijing Forestry University and its neighboring colleges and universities. The college students＇ dining behavior patterns and characteristics were studied by photographing and videotaping. The functional requirements of college students for canteen furniture were analyzed in combined with field interviews and online questionnaire surveys. It was found that there are still some problems in canteen furniture such as the unitary form of table and chair; the poor seat comfortability, the insatiable storage needs and the irrational size and layout of the table and chair. On the basis of the above research, some suggestions and the development trend of canteen furniture were put forward in the hope of providing some ideas for the design of college canteen furniture.
