摘　　要：文章从建立科学机制、强化师资建设、狠抓课程建设、深化教学改革、建设实训基地、促进招生就业等6个方面进行阐述,体现骨干专业教学团队建设的特色与创新。The paper clarifies from six aspects which is to set up a scientific mechanism,to strengthen teachers,construction,vigorously promotes the course construction,to deepen teaching reform,to practice base construction,and to promote the students,employment and recruitment,manifests features and innovation of the backbone professional teaching team construction.
