摘　　要：图书馆员的素质和工作效率对于图书馆的发展至关重要。通过建立一元二次回归模型,分析了高校图书馆的馆员素质与服务满意度之间的关系,在此基础上,提出了完善高校图书馆人力资源管理的措施。The quality and efficiency of librarians are of great importance to the development of libraries.This paper analyzes the relationship between quality of librarians and service satisfaction of university libraries by establishing a unitary quadratic regression model,and puts forward some measures to perfect the human resource management of university libraries.
