摘 要:目的探讨基于翻转课堂的混合式教学在社区护士压力性损伤培训中的作用。方法便利选取2016年8月于上海市杨浦区12所社区卫生服务中心工作的30名注册护士作为培训对象,在为期6个月的社区护士压力性损伤培训中开展基于翻转课堂的混合式教学。课前录制微课视频、组织案例、构建在线学习平台,并将微课和案例讨论的学习任务发布于平台上;课堂环节采用翻转课堂,组织培训对象进行案例分析和汇报。培训评价包括培训对象对教学模式的评价和教师团队对培训对象评估能力及护理能力的评价。结果 30名培训对象对教学模式的评价较高,其压力性损伤Brander评分的正确率、压力性损伤临床分期的正确率、创面描述的正确率、创面治疗护理措施的正确率均在90%以上。结论基于翻转课堂的混合式教学利于提升社区护士自主学习能力和对压力性损伤患者的护理质量。Objective To explore the effects of blended learning based on flipped classroom in the training of pressure injury among community nurses. Methods A total of 30 community nurses were selected as training sub- jects for a 6-month pressure injury training program through convenience sampling in August 2016. Teaching video,typical cases and the e-learning platform were developed before the flipped classroom. All the video and learning materials were uploaded to the e-learning platform. During the flipped classroom,cases were analyzed,dis- cussed and presented by training subjects. Outcome evaluation included participants' evaluation on teaching methods and teachers' evaluation on participants' assessment ability and nursing care ability. Results Most training subjects were satisfied with the course schedule and teaching methods. Participants had shown an over 90% of accuracy on nursing assessment and nursing care. Conclusion The blend learning based on flipped classroom may be benefi- cial to improve community nurses' self-study and the quality of nursing care for patients with pressure injury.
