摘 要:针对X射线高分辨率闪烁体成像领域中,由于光子转化提取效率低下或者样品无法承受所需计量的X射线而导致的图像信噪比达不到特定要求的问题。额外光子频谱重建方法首先在闪烁晶体上刻蚀二维光子晶体阵列,突破由于高折射率导致的闪烁体内部大部分生成的可见光全反射的局限,增加光信息的提取;然后利用受二维光子晶体阵列影响的系统点扩散函数对这部分额外提取的光信息进行频谱重建。经实验验证,经额外光子频谱重建方法得到的图像比传统X射线闪烁体成像的高频噪声降低约15dB,图像高频细节大大增多。而且,此方法中硬件和技术成本增加很少,方便推广使用。In the field of X-ray high-resolution scintillator imaging, the image signal to-noise ratio does not meet the specific requirements due to the low efficiency of photon extraction or the inability of the sample to withstand the required dosage of X-ray. To solve this problem,the extracted light spectrum reconstruction(SRIE) method first etched the two-dimensional photonic crystal array (2D-PC) onto the scintillation crystal to break through the limitation of the many visible light total reflection due to the high refractive index, the extraction of the optical information increased~ then reconstructed this part of the extra extracted optical information using the system point spread function affected by 2D-PC. Known from the experimental results, the image's high-frequency noise is reduced by about 15 dB obtained by SRIE method compared with the classic of the X ray scintillator image, and the high-frequency details of the image are greatly increased. Moreover, the hardware and technology cost increase in this method is very small and it is convenient to promote.
