摘　　要：中国加入华盛顿协议后,成果导向的教育改革在高等学校本科工程认证及"双一流"建设中受到广泛关注,而本科专业课考核评价是衡量教育成果考核的基本单元。构建有效的专业课考核评价体系,不仅有利于专业课课程建设,也有利于高等学校本科教学质量的控制和提高,培育适应当前社会亟需的新型专业技术人才。After China joined the Washington Agreement,the educational reform on the Outcome Based Education has been paid much attention to the undergraduate engineering certification and the construction of ＂ double first class＂. However,evaluation system for professional courses is the basic unit to measure the evaluation of educational achievements. Its effective construction is not only beneficial for the courses development,but also beneficial for the control and improvement of undergraduate teaching quality in colleges and universities,which is beneficial to professional and technical personnel that is in urgent need of the current society.
