摘  要:用醚化剂2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵对大米原淀粉进行阳离子改性,得到取代度为0.048的阳离子大米淀粉,该阳离子淀粉代替传统无机颜料与PVA以9∶1的质量比配制新型涂料。与传统的原淀粉/PVA/阳离子固色剂涂料配方相比,探讨了阳离子改性淀粉代替无机颜料的使用对喷墨图层打印质量的影响。研究结果表明,相比添加阳离子固色剂的涂料配方,新型配方的打印实地色密度明显提高,打印色域增加了13.06%,点线精度分别提高17.55%和14.45%。The raw rice starch was subjected to cationic modification by using an etherifying agent( 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride) to obtain a cationic rice starch with a degree of substitution of 0. 048. The cationic modified starch particles replaced the conventional inorganic pigments using with PVA to prepare a new coating formation whose ratio is 9: 1. Compared to conventional coating formulas consisting of raw starch/PVA/cationic fixing agent,the effect of using cationic starch particles instead of inorganic pigments on the inkjet printing quality was investigated. The results showed that the printing solid density of the new formula was obviously improved than the coating formulation with cationic fixing agent. The printing color gamut was increased by 13. 06%,and the precisions of dot and line were improved by 17. 55% and 14. 45%,respectively.
