摘 要:小麦条锈病是小麦生产上的主要病害,抗条锈病小麦新品种的选育是综合防治小麦条锈病的最佳途径。分子标记技术具有不受环境和植株正常生长发育影响的特点,结合传统抗病性鉴定可在育种早期对植株抗病性进行综合分析,快速有效地进行育种选择,从而大大缩短育种进程,提高育种效率。本综述从小麦抗条锈病基因遗传图谱构建、小麦种质资源抗条锈病状况评价、抗性基因差异表达及抗性材料遗传多样性分析等4个方面论述了3代分子标记在小麦抗条锈病遗传育种中的应用及研究进展,对全基因组关联研究与蛋白质组学技术结合在小麦抗条锈病遗传机制研究中的应用进行了探讨。Wheat stripe rust is the main disease in wheat planting, and the breeding of new wheat varieties resistant to stripe rust is the best way to control wheat stripe rust comprehensively. Molecular marker technology has the characteristics of not affected by the environment and the normal growth of plant, and it can be used for comprehensively analysis of the plant disease resistance at early breeding stage combined with the traditional identification of disease resistance, making breeding selection rapidly and effectively, thus greatly shorten the breeding process and improve the breeding efficiency. In this paper, the application and research progress of the3 rd generation of molecular markers in wheat stripe rust resistance breeding were investigated from four aspects,including the genetic map construction of stripe rust resistance gene, evaluation of resistance to stripe rust on germplasm, differential expression of resistance genes and genetic diversity analysis of resistant material. Also, the application of combined genome-wide association study and proteomics techniques of the genetic mechanism of stripe rust resistant wheat was discussed in this study.
