摘　　要：8月12日，青岛奥帆赛成功举办十周年高端对话活动在青岛拉开帷幕，包括等国际奥委会副主席于再清、世界帆船运动联合会副主席李全海、德国基尔市场开发部首席执行官乌沃·万格、远东国立渔业技术大学代校长尼古拉·左尔琴科、国际航海学校协会主席托马斯·利普斯基、世界帆联国际竞赛官员伊尔凯尔·贝因德、OC体育集团首席执行官赫维·法夫雷。As an important activity of the lOth Q.ingdao International Sailing Week and Qingdao International Ocean Festival, the High- Level Dialogue on the 10th Anniversary of the 2008 Q.ingdao Olympic Sailing Competition themed on ＂Olympics Adding Charm to the City＂ jointly held by Chinese Yacht Association, Beijing Olympic City Development Association, Qingdao Municipal People＇s Government and Qjngdao Major International Sailing Events （Festivals） Organizing Committee was held on August 12.
