摘 要:随着高等学校创新创业教育改革的深化,地方高校存在对创新创业教育与应用型转变的内在联系认识不足,其在人才培养中的比重较低。地方高校可以通过学制改革,一是通过提升学分比重、强调教育实效,提升创新创业教育的覆盖面和参与面;二是通过改革弹性学制和学分转换、完善转专业制度,促进创新创业教育因材施教的能力和效果。地方高校应重视创新创业教育与专业教育的融合、与应用型转变的协同,共同促进应用型人才培养改革,进一步提升学生的创新创业素养和能力。With the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in universities, lo cal universities have insufficient understanding of the internal relationship between innovation and entre preneurship education and applied transformation, and their proportion in talent training is low. The pro portion of innovation and entrepreneurship education in personnel training is relatively low. The local uni versities can implement it through the reform of the educational system. First, we should enhance the credit proportion and emphasize the effectiveness of education, so as to enhance the coverage and participa tion of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The second is to promote the ability and effect of teach ing students in accordance with their aptitude through reforming the flexible educational system and credit transfer, improving the professional transformation system. I.ocal universities should attach importance to the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education, and the synergy with the application transformation, together to promote the reform of the training of applied talents, and further enhance the students quality and ability to innovate and start a business.
