高职高专学生学业拖延的影响因素研究

摘  要:在高职高专学生群体中,存在着学业拖延行为。学业拖延行为不但会影响他们日常的学习和生活,导致学习成绩下降,而且还影响了其心理健康。为了改善学生的学业拖延行为,提高大学生的心理健康水平,探索学业拖延的影响因素显得尤为重要。采用学业拖延量表(PASS)对高职高专学生的学业拖延的影响因素进行探索,并根据预测结果提出建议,为高职高专学生学业拖延的团体辅导提供理论依据,完善高职高专学生学业拖延的本土化研究。There are academic procrastination behaviors in many vocational colleges’ students,which willnot only affect their daily life and study that leading to poor academic performance, but also affect their mentalhealth. It’s very important to exlpore the influence factors in order to improve the students’ academic procrasti-nation behavior and improve their level of mental health. This research adopts the academic procrastination scale(PASS) to explore the influence factors of higher vocational college students' academic procrastination, whichcan provide theoretical basis for improve the students' academic procrastination localization of research.
