摘 要:目的研究辅导员干预模式对大学生乙肝知识知晓率的影响。方法从菏泽某高校随机抽取辅导员14名,再由所抽取的辅导员在所带班级中抽取一个班,其中7名辅导员及其所带班级为干预组,另外7名辅导员及所带班级为对照组。干预组学生和对照组学生各300人,共计600人。由疾控中心专业人员对干预组7名辅导员进行乙肝知识培训,然后由干预组7位辅导员再对其班级学生进行乙肝知识的宣教,对照组辅导员和学生不进行乙肝知识培训和宣教。由研究者运用自制的乙肝知识测评试卷对辅导员和学生进行统一测评。所获数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行处理。结果两组辅导员培训前,乙肝知识测评成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组辅导员培训后,乙肝知识测评成绩比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预组辅导员培训前后,乙肝知识测评成绩比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组学生培训前,乙肝知识测评成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组学生培训后,乙肝知识测评成绩比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预组学生培训前后,乙肝知识测评成绩比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论辅导员干预能够显著提高在校大学生的乙肝知识知晓率。Objective To study the influence of counselor intervention on the awareness rate of hepatitis B knowledge of college students. Methods 14 counselors were selected from universities of Heze. And then selected a class of 14 counselors', including seven counselors and his class in intervention group, the other seven counselors and his class for the control group, with each group 300 students, a total of 600 students. In intervention group, seven counselors received training by researchers, then seven counselors were required to train his students, while the other seven counselors and his students didn't. Before and after the training, the researchers conducted a unified assessment of counselors and students by using their own test paper. The data obtained was analyzed and processed using SPSS 19.0 software. Results before the training, the two groups of counselors, the results of the hepatitis b knowledge assessment were compared, there was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). After the training of two groups of counselors, the results of hepatitis b knowledge assessment were compared, there was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) ; Before the training, the awareness rate of hepatitis B knowledge of college students in the two groups were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). After the training , there was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Counselors' intervention can significantly improve the awareness rate of hepatitis B knowledge of college students.
