MIG-7及MMP-2在结肠癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:研究迁移诱导蛋白7(MIG-7)和基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法观察70例结肠癌组织与对应癌旁组织MIG-7及MMP-2的表达情况,并分析MIG-7及MMP-2与结肠癌临床病理特征的关系及结肠癌组织中二者表达的相关性。结果:70例结肠癌组织中MIG-7、MMP-2的阳性率分别为61.43%、70.00%,均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中,MIG-7及MMP-2的表达与性别、年龄和肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05),与分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。并且,结肠癌组织MIG-7与MMP-2的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.506,P<0.05)。结论:MIG-7和MMP-2可能共同参与了结肠癌的生长和转移过程。Objective： To study the expression and signifcance of migration induced protein-7 （MIG-7） and matrix metalloproteinase-2 （MMP-2） in colon cancer. Methods： Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of MIG-7 and MMP-2 in 70 cases of colon cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues. The relationships between MIG-7, MMP-2 and the clinicopathological characteristics of colon cancer, and the correlations between MIG-7 and MMP-2 in colon cancer tissues were also analyzed. Results： The positive expression rate of MIG-7 and MMP-2 in 70 cases of colon cancer tissues were 61.43% and 70.00% respectively, which were all singnifcantly higher than adjacent normal tissues （ P？0.05）. In colon cancer, the expression of MIG-7 and MMP-2 were related to differentiation and lymph node metastasis （ P？0.05）; but irrelevant to sex, age and tumor size （P〉0.05）. In colon cancer, the expression of MIG-7 was positively correlated with MMP-2 （ r=0.506, P？0.05）. Conduidons： MIG-7 and MMP-2 may participate in the growth and metastasis of colon cancer together.
