摘 要:目的:探讨高频超声联合实时组织弹性成像技术(RTE)诊断甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)的价值。方法:以病理结果为金标准,比较高频超声、RTE及高频超声联合RTE诊断PTMC的效能。结果:高频超声联合RTE诊断PTMC的敏感度、特异度、准确率、阴性预测值及阳性预测值(91.07%、91.55%、91.34%、92.86%、89.47%)均明显高于高频超声(73.21%、80.28%、77.16%、79.17%、74.54%)和RTE(78.57%、81.69%、80.31%、82.86%、77.19%)(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声联合RTE能明显提高对PTMC的诊断效能。Objective: To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound combined with real-time tissue elasticimaging (RTE) in diagnosis of pillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC). Methods: The diagnostic effciency of high frequency ultrasound, RTE, high frequency ultrasound combined RTE for PTMC were compared. Results: The sensitivity, specifcity, accuracy, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of high frequency ultrasound combined RTE were respectively 91.07%, 91.55%, 91.34%, 92.86% and 89.47%, which were all obviously higher than high frequency ultrasound (73.21%, 80.28%, 77.16%, 79.17%, 74.54%) and RTE (78.57%, 81.69%, 80.31%, 82.86%, 77.19%) ( P〈0.05). Conclusions: High frequency ultrasound combined RTE can signifcantly improve the diagnostic effciency of PTMC.
