摘　　要：目的:探讨尼麦角林对脑梗死后抑郁的治疗效果。方法:收治脑梗死后抑郁患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组脑梗死后抑郁患者给予尼麦角林治疗,对照组脑梗死后抑郁患者给予谷维素片治疗。结果:试验组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),患者出现的不良反应也少于对照组。结论:尼麦角林在脑梗死后抑郁患者的治疗中有显著的疗效。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of nicergoline on depression after cerebral infarction.Methods：60 patients with depression after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with nicergoline and the control group was treated with Oryzanol tablets.Results：The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the adverse reactions of the patients were also less than those of the control group.Conclusion：Nicergoline has significant effect in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction.
