摘　　要：在企业已有ERP、WMS信息系统的基础上,嵌入制造执行系统(MES),构建离散制造企业物流信息体系。面向中国中车株洲电力机车有限公司的物流管理,分析物流信息体系的系统定位、功能划分以及MES与现有信息系统的交互等问题,提出了解决方案,并完成基于MES的离散制造企业物流信息体系的架构和功能模块设计。借助该物流信息体系,企业物流、信息流在各子系统间可以实现无缝传递,从而消除计划层和控制层的"信息孤岛",提高企业对市场的动态响应能力。On the basis of the existing ERP and WMS information systems of a certain discrete manufacturing enterprise, we embedded the manufacturing execution system（MES） to construct the logistics information system of the enterprise. Next in view of the logistics management system of CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd., we analyzed the system positioning and functional division of the logistics information system of the company and the interaction between MES and the existing information systems, proposed the solutions and the design of the MES-based architecture and functional modules of the logistics information system for the discrete manufacturing enterprise.
