摘 要:通过调研国内外能源管控中心的建设及运行模式,结合油气田生产特点和工艺现状,研究并提出了长庆油田能源管控模式,设计了油气田能源管控系统功能,并对油气田能源管控运行模式进行了探索。Through the investigation of the construction and operation mode of domestic and foreign energy control center, combining with the production characteristics and process status of oil and gas, this paper studied and put forward the energy management and control mode of Changqing Oilfield, designed the function of energy control system for oil and gas field and explored the operating mode of oil and gas energy management and control.
