摘　　要：胃癌根治术是治疗胃癌的主要方法。随着微创技术的发展,腹腔镜胃癌根治术逐渐普及,但对其用于进展期胃癌的远期疗效还存争议。三步法胃癌根治术作为一种操作明晰、易于推广的开腹手术方式,现仍是治疗进展期胃癌的重要手段。该方法通过将手术分为3个主要步骤,实现有序清扫和整块切除,有效提高了胃癌根治的效果。Radical gastrectomy is a main method for treatment of gastric cancer. Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has been widely used with the development of minimally invasive surgery in the past decades. However, the long-term survival after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in patients with advanced gastric cancer is not clear. Three-step radical gastrectomy is a modular open approach for the radical resection of advanced gastric cancer with clear anatomical level, which is easy to be mastered. The main procedure includes three steps, achieving en-bloc removal and lymphadenectomy in order and leading to better prognosis.
