价值哲学视域下的社会主义协商民主论析

摘　　要：社会主义协商民主作为一种非功利性价值,具有形式和实质的双重价值。从横向上看,社会主义协商民主的价值要在核心价值观念序列中得到合理定位,平等是社会主义协商民主的前提性观念,法治是社会主义协商民主的保障性观念。从纵向上看,集体主义有别于个人主义,成为社会主义协商民主制度最根本的价值支撑。无论作为价值的社会主义协商民主,还是作为实践的社会主义协商民主,都离不开社会主义核心价值观的有力支撑。As a kind of non-utilitarian value, socialist deliberative democracy has a dual value of form and substance. From thehorizontal perspective, the value of the socialist deliberative democracy should be reasonably positioned in the sequence of corevalues. The concept of equality is the premise of socialist deliberative democracy;the rule of law is the guaranteeing concept ofsocialist deliberative democracy. From a vertical perspective, collectivism different from individualism is the most fundamentalvalue of the socialist deliberative democracy system. No matter as the value of socialist deliberative democracy, or as a practiceof socialist deliberative democracy, it can not be separated from the strong support of the socialist core values.
