医学院校研究生社团发展现状及对策研究——以浙江中医药大学为例

摘　　要：研究生社团是高等学校分享跨学科知识和提高实践能力的重要平台,而医学研究生社团目前存在种类少、数量少、专业性不强等问题。在分析浙江中医药大学研究生社团现状的基础上,进一步明确医学院校研究生社团的问题,并有针对性的从学校、社团、研究生三个层面提出解决对策,从而发挥医学院校研究生社团培养人才的重要意义。Graduate student associations are important platforms for universities to share interdisciplinary knowledge and improve practical ability, while medical graduate student associations have sonic problems, such as fewer types, fewer quantities and less professional. Based on the analysis of University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this paper further medical colleges and puts forward countermeasures from three levels of schools, associations and postgraduates, so as to give full play to the impotlant significance of postgraduate associations in cultivating talents.
