摘 要:目的一氧化碳(CO)是人体内一种重要的气体信使分子,可应用于治疗新生儿肺炎、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病等严重疾病。为了探讨应用CO吸入来治疗这些疾病,本文研制了一种基于质量流量控制器的一氧化碳吸入装置。方法该装置通过质量流量控制器控制CO标气进入呼吸回路,采用CO电化学传感器对患者吸入治疗气中CO浓度进行实时监测显示并送入主控电路,通过PID算法调整质量流量控制器的输出流量,从而使治疗气体中的CO浓度更加精确,并通过与呼吸机的联用实验对该装置的示值误差、响应时间、重复性误差、稳定性误差等进行了检验。结果该装置的示值误差为0.98%,响应时间为30 s,系统的相对标准差和相对误差分别为0.24%和2.07%。结论本文所研制的一氧化碳吸入装置的示值误差,重复性误差,稳定性误差以及系统的响应时间均满足设计的要求,为临床CO吸入治疗提供了一种较为安全和可靠的手段。Objectives Carbon monoxide is an important messenger molecule in the human body, which can be used for the treatment of neonatal pneumonia, neonatal hypoxic?ischemic encephalopathy and other serious diseases. In order to explore the use of CO inhalation in the treatment of these diseases, a carbon monoxide inhalation device based on a mass flow controller is developed in this paper. Methods The mass flow controller in the device controls the flow of CO gas according to the calculated flow value of CO and delivers it to the respiratory circuit. At the same time, the concentrations of CO are detected by the electrochemical CO sensors before the therapeutic gas enters into the patient.It can provide the function of real?time monitoring and dynamic display of concentration.The actual value of CO concentration is fed into the main control circuit, by which a PID algorithm can continuously adjust output flow of the mass flow controller to maintain accurate concentration of CO in the treatment gas.And the indication error, the response time, the repeatability error,the stability error and so on are tested by the experiment with the ventilator. Results The indication error of thedevice is 0. 98%, the response time is 30s, and the relative standard deviation and relative error are 0. 24% and 2. 07% respectively. Conclusions The indication error of the carbon monoxide inhalation device,repeatability error, response time and stability of the error system meets design requirements, provides a safe and reliable method for the clinical treatment of inhalation of CO
