摘 要:为充分了解国产梭蟹壳聚糖与雪蟹壳聚糖纺丝性能之间的差异,利用国产梭蟹壳制备国产梭蟹壳聚糖并进行脱乙酰度的测定,确定其在弱酸中的溶解性,再测定其动力黏度和黏均相对分子质量,并与文献中具有不同纺丝效果的雪蟹壳聚糖的动力黏度和黏均相对分子质量进行对比分析,进而分析国产梭蟹壳聚糖的纺丝性能。试验得出:国产梭蟹壳聚糖的脱乙酰度可达到96. 5%,在弱酸溶液中具有良好的溶解性;国产梭蟹壳聚糖的动力黏度和黏均相对分子质量分别为630 m Pa·s和170 000,都略低于雪蟹壳聚糖的整体水平。故国产梭蟹壳聚糖成纤质量低于雪蟹壳聚糖。In order to fully understand the differences of spinning performance between the domestic shuttle crab chitosan and the snow crab chitosan,domestic shuttle crab shells was used to prepare chitosan,the degree of deacetylation and its solubility in weak acid were determined,then the dynamic viscosity and viscosity average molecular weight were measured. By comparing with the dynamic viscosity and viscosity average molecular weight of snow crab chitosan with different spinning effect in the literature,the spinnability of domestic shuttle crab chitosan was finally analyzed. Through experiments,the degree of deacetylation of domestic shuttle crab chitosan could reach 96. 5%,and it had good solubility in weak acid solution. The dynamic viscosity and viscosity average molecular weight of domestic shuttle crab chitosan were 630 m Pa · s and 170 000 respectively,which were slightly lower than the overall level of snow crab chitosan. So the fiber quality of domestic shuttle crab chitosan was lower than that of snow crab chitosan.
