超声引导下中心静脉穿刺术在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训教学的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下中心静脉穿刺技术在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训教学的效果。方法:选择2015年-2017年在我院麻醉科进行麻醉住院医师规范化培训的40名住院医师,随机分为超声组和对照组。超声组在超声引导下进行中心静脉穿刺技术教学,对照组以传统的解剖定位进行中心静脉穿刺教学。结果:两组住院医师均能熟练掌握中心静脉穿刺的操作技术,但超声组穿刺的成功率,操作时间及并发症明显少于传统组,存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:超声引导下中心静脉穿刺技术在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中,作为麻醉技术和教学手段,能够提高住院医师培训质量和学习的效率,具有很高的应用价值,值得推广。Objective： To explore the effect of ultrasound guided central venous puncture in standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department.Methods： 40 resident physicians in the anesthesiology department of our hospital in 2015-2017 were randomly divided into the ultrasound group and the control group. The ultrasound group was taught the ultrasound guided central venous puncture technique, and the control group was taught the traditional way.Results： all the two groups were able to master the technique of central venous puncture, but the success rate, operation time and complications of ultrasound guided group were significantly less than those of the traditional group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： the ultrasound guided central venous puncture technique in the standardized training of residents in the anesthesiology department, as an anesthetic technique and new teaching methord, can improve the quality and efficiency of the residents training. It is of high value in application and is worth popularizing.
