摘　　要：高校的立身之本在于立德树人。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的背景下,高校如何落实立德树人、培育新时代高素质人才是肩负的重要历史使命,也是一个重大的理论和实践课题。探索立德树人的实现道路和途径,是确保立德树人目标的实现、增强立德树人的针对性和有效性的关键举措。文章主要从方向引领、主体职能回归和一体化平台搭建三个方面着手探究立德树人的有效途径,最大程度实现以人民为中心发展教育的价值理念。The foundation of higher education lies in the cultivation of virtue and the cultivation of people. Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering the new era, it is an important historical mission and an important theoretical and practical task for colleges and universities to carry out the cultivation of virtue and cultivate high-quality talents in the new era. It is a key measure to explore the way and way to realize the goal and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the people. This paper mainly explores the effective ways to build people from the three aspects of direction leading, the return of subject function and the establishment of integration platform, and realizes the value concept of people-centered development education to the greatest extent.
