“双一流”背景下中医药院校高层次人才党建工作机制的探索与构建——以南京中医药大学为例

摘　　要：重视并加强中医药院校高层次人才党建工作,积极在高层次人才中培养、发展党员,是不断优化教职工党员队伍的结构和质量,提升基层党组织的创造力凝聚力战斗力,充分发挥高层次人才的作用和优势,推进"双一流"建设的重要基础。本文以南京中医药大学为例,剖析当前中医药院校高层次人才党建工作基本情况及存在的主要问题,提出应在"双一流"背景下探索构建如下四项机制:即建立完善中医药院校高层次人才党建工作统筹机制、思想政治引领机制、入党培养发展机制、组织关怀激励机制。Attach importance to and strengthen the party building work of high-level talents in Chinese medicine colleges and Universities, and cultivate and develop party members actively in high-level talents,is the structure and quality of continuous optimization of the party members of the teachers and workers, the promotion of the cohesive force of creativity of the Party organizations at the grassroots level, the full use and superiority of high-level talents, and the promotion of ＂ World-class Universities and world-class disciplines ＂ construction. This article takes Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine as an example, analysis of the basic situation and main problems of Party building work of high-level talents in Chinese medicine colleges and Universities, and proposes to explore the following four mechanisms under the background of ＂ World-class Universities and world-class disciplines ＂ ： establishing and perfecting the party construction workers of high level talents in Chinese medicine colleges and Universities as a co-ordinate mechanism and ideological and political guidance mechanism, training and developing the party mechanism, and organizing solicitude and encouragement mechanism.
