试论中医青年教师的人才成长模式与路径

摘　　要：高等中医药教育作为中医药人才培养的重要组成部分,为中医药事业发展作出了巨大贡献。国家领导人对中医药评价很高、寄予厚望,中医药有其自身的优势特色和发展规律,但如何培养符合社会需求的中医药人才?如何实现中医再辉煌?如何按习近平总书记"四有"新标准成为党和人民满意的教师?这一系列问题是我们中医药人面临和必须解决的关于现实和发展的问题,我们认为,中医药发展关键在人、培养人才关键在教育、教育关键在教师,而中医青年教师客观存在着临床经验不足、教学科研临床结合不紧密等问题,因此,青年中医教师的成长尤为重要。围绕"青年中医教师的成长模式与路径"之思考,我们建议从以下几个方面进行考量:国家层面需要做好中医药改革发展顶层设计,遵循中医人才成长规律,认真践行"读经典、多临床、跟名师、有悟性"的名中医成才必由之路,制定学习再造目标、规划与流程,坚持"医药结合",熟悉中药性、效、用,坚决捍卫科学中医、加大中医药科普宣传力度、提升中医药的认可度和含金量,注重教学、科研、临床三元策略共同发展等。The higher TCM education has made great contributions to the development of TCM.Leaders give high evaluation and great expectations of TCM.TCM has its own advantages and law of development, but how to cultivate the talents of traditional Chinese medicine to meet the needs of the society？ How to make TCM brilliant again？ According to the new standard of General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s ＂Four Haves＂, how to become the CPC and the people＇s satisfied teachers？ These problems are relevant to the reality and the development of TCM.As far as we are concernd, the key to the development of TCM is talent, the key to cultivate talent is education,the key to education is teacher, The young teachers of TCM objectively have the deficiency of clinical experience,teaching and research are not closely tied to clinical application, therefore, the growth of TCM young teachers is particularly important. Based on the talent growth mode and path of the TCM young teachers,we propose to consider the following aspects. The country needs to make the top-level design of the TCM development.We should follow the law of the development of TCM Talents. Seriously carry out the way of famous doctorreading classics, more clinic, following the famous teachers,good understanding, Set relearning goals and planning and process, integrate medicine and drugs,be familiar with the nature, efficiency and application. Resolutely defend scientific TCM, increase the propaganda of scientific popularization of TCM, enhance the recognition and value of TCM. Focus on coordinated development of teaching, scientific research and clinical application, etc.
