摘  要:目的探讨缺陷式情景教学在急诊实习护士心肺复苏(CPR)培训中的应用效果。方法应用缺陷式情景模拟教学法对2017年6月—12月实习的50名护士进行CPR理论和操作培训,培训结束后予以考核。观察培训前后实习护生CPR理论和操作成绩,及实习护生对急诊实习的满意率。结果培训后实习护生CPR理论考试及操作技能考试成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。培训后实习护生对急诊实习满意率为94. 00%(47/50),明显高于培训前的78. 00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论使用缺陷式情景教学法进行培训可以更好地提高急诊实习护士CPR技能及对教学的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of defect situational teaching method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) assessment training of nursing students in emergency prac- tice. Methods From June 2017 to December 2017, 50 nursing students received trainings of CPR theory and practice by using defect situational simulation method, and participated the test af- ter the completion of the training program. The teaching efficacy and satisfactory degree of nurs- ing students before and after training were evaluated. Results The performance of CPR assess- ment of the trainee nurses was greatly improved after implementation of the defect situational teaching method(P 〈0.05). There was a significant difference in satisfaction degree of nursing students before and after implementation of the defect situational teaching method (94.00% vs. 78.00%, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Training with the defect situational teaching method can im- prove the CPR skills of emergency nurses and their satisfaction with clinical teaching.
