摘　　要：互联网+时代下,独立学院教研室的功能地位日渐下降,其对教学和科研的功能和作用不断被削弱,越来越多的问题开始显现。文章以独立学院教研室为研究对象,探讨内部因素和外部因素相结合的激励方式,提出与互联网+技术相结合来加强教研室建设,形成网络教研室,为教研室的发展注入新活力。提出的合理有效的教研室建设途径,可促进教研室在人才培养中发挥重要作用。In the era of Internet plus, the functional status of teaching and research offices of independent colleges has been declining day by day, their functions and effects on teaching and research have been continuously weakened, and more and more problems have begun to emerge. Taking the teaching and research office in independent college as the research object, this paper explores the incentive scheme with the combination of internal factors and external factors, and proposes to strengthen the construction of teaching and research offices by combining with Internet plus technology, to form the network teaching and research office, and inject new vitality to the development of teaching and research office. This paper puts forward a reasonable and effective way of teaching and research office construction, which can promote the teaching and research office to play an important role in personnel training.
