摘  要:目的研究三代伢典微创技术治疗乳牙深龋的应用价值。方法 92例(158颗患牙)有对称乳磨牙深龋的患儿,依据家长所选用的治疗材料不同将患儿分为三代伢典凝胶组(46例,81颗牙)和初代伢典凝胶组(46例,77颗牙)。比较两组患儿的治疗时间、意外穿髓情况、患儿疼痛程度,随访18个月后比较两组填充物完好情况及继发龋齿情况。结果两组治疗时间及意外穿髓率、疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访18个月后,三代伢典凝胶组填充物完好78颗,多于初代伢典凝胶组的67颗,继发龋齿4颗多于初代伢典凝胶组的0颗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三代伢典微创技术较初代效果更为持久,但继发龋齿情况高于初代。Objective To research the application value of the third generation of Carisolv minimally invasive technique in the treatment of deep caries of deciduous teeth. Methods A total of 92 children(158 affected teeth) with deep caries of symmetric molars were divided into third generation of Carisolv gel group(46 cases, 81 affected teeth) and first generation of Carisolv gel group(46 cases, 77 affected teeth) according to the different treatment materials selected by parents. The treatment time, accidental pulp penetration and pain degree of children between the two groups were compared. After 18 months follow-up, the filling condition and secondary caries in two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the treatment time, the accidental pulp penetration rate and the degree of pain between the two groups(P〉0.05). After 18 months of follow-up, 78 teeth of fillings were intact in the third generation of Carisolv gel group, which were significantly more than 67 teeth in the first generation of Carisolv gel group, and 4 teeth of secondary caries in the third generation of Carisolv gel group were more than 0 case in the first generation of Carisolv gel group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The third generation of Carisolv minimally invasive technique is more durable than the first generation, but the secondary caries are higher than those of the first generation.
