摘　　要：目的探讨生命意义干预对晚期肺癌患者自尊及幸福感的影响,以期为改善肺癌患者终末期生命质量提供参考。方法选取2016年10月至2017年6月在本市某三级甲等综合医院接受治疗的晚期肺癌患者145例为研究对象,将其分为干预组72例,对照组73例。对照组患者应用常规护理方法,干预组在常规护理基础上应用生命意义干预方法进行干预。比较干预前后两组患者自尊和总体幸福感情况。结果干预前两组晚期肺癌患者自尊与幸福感总分及各维度评分比较,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;干预后两组晚期肺癌患者自尊与幸福感总分及各维度评分比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论生命意义干预可以协助晚期肺癌患者体会及发现自身在疾病不同情景下的生命意义,从而提高患者的自尊与主观幸福感水平,值得应用到癌症护理领域中。Objective To explore the effect of life meaning intervention on self-esteem and well-being of patients with advanced lung cancer so as to provide reference for improving the end-stage life quality of patients with lung cancer. Methods From October 2016 to June 2017, 145 patients with advanced lung cancer treated in a medical university affiliated hospital were equally divided into groups： the intervention and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods, and the intervention group was managed by life meaning intervention method on the basis of routine nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of self-esteem and general well-being. Results Before intervention, the scores on self-esteem and well-being feeling in the two groups showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. After intervention, the score on self-esteem in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0,05） and so it was with the score on well-being feeling as well as the scores on its dimensions （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Life meaning intervention can enhance the awareness of patients with advanced lung cancer experience of the life meaning in different situations so as to improve their self-esteem and subjective well-being.
