基于“引经报使”理论浅谈引经药在中医骨伤科的应用

摘　　要：引经药能"引诸药直达病所",作为中医组方中的常用方法,"引经报使"一直被历代医家所习用。中医骨伤科古籍中对内服方剂中引经药的描述寥寥无几,且一些医家以归经、四气五味等药性来归纳引经药在方剂中的作用存在很大误区。本文以常见引经药的应用和骨伤科用药特点为线索,分析引经药在骨伤科不同部位的应用,以期为临床用药提供参考。Channel ushering drugs can ＂guide drugs to the affected part＂. As a common approach of TCM prescriptions, ＂guiding action＂ is widely used by medical practitioners of generations. However, the descriptions in ancients books about channel ushering drugs in oral administration prescriptions for TCM orthopedics are rare. Many medical practitioners generalize the effects of channel ushering drugs in prescriptions according to their meridian tropism, four properties, five tastes and some other medical properties, which shows great misunderstandings. This article took the application of channel ushering drugs and the characteristics of medication in TCM orthopedics as clues, analyzed the application of channel ushering drugs to different orthopedics locations, with a purpose to provide references for clinical medication.
