摘 要:对配套于HL38-4-L型林内作业机的3WG-400挖坑机进行了设计,通过理论计算确定了挖坑机的结构尺寸,设计计算出钻头转速为260.4 r/min,所需转矩为280.4 N·m,理论匹配功率为9.93 kW。通过田间试验,3WG-400挖坑机平均挖坑深度为502.5 mm,平均坑径为405.4 mm,平均挖坑效率为110个/h。试验结果表明:3WG-400挖坑机挖坑质量好、效率高,满足林业挖坑需求。The design of 3WG -400 digging equipment supporting HL38-4-L forest operating equipment, with the structural size of the digging machine determined through theoretical calculation, the designed bit speed calculated as 260.4 r/rain, the required torque being 280.4 N · m, the theoretical matching power being 9.93 kW. The field test result shows that 3WG -400 digging equipment has an average digging depth of 502. 5 ram, average hole diameter of 405.4 mm, and average meeting the hole digging digging efficiency of 1 lO/h ,featuring good digging quality, high efficiency and the ability to requirements in the forestry industry.
